Cajun Grocer Turducken with Shrimp Etouffee
Product description
Our shrimp Turducken is stuffed with Shrimp Étouffée - shrimp smothered in the Cajun trinity (onions, bell pepper, and celery), tomatoes and our perfect blend of Cajun spices, mixed with rice.
Averages 10 lbs. and provides approx. 24-26 servings
Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours.
Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 325°F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow turducken to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting. Slice off wings and drumsticks. Cut 1/2 inch slices across, then down the center.

Would love to serve this to my picky eaters this Thanksgiving provided Covid stays away. However, out family gettogether is only 12 - 15 people so this 10lb-er would be too large. Thank you.
A: This turducken is not offered in a smaller option but the 10 lb turduckens do feed 10-15 people.
