A: Turduckens thaw in the fridge in around 2-3 days. They can be thawed quicker in cold water. It is roughly about 1 hour per pound of turkey in water.
Q: What is the recommended cooking instructions for this?
A: Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 325F breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
