This product is a fresh boiled product shipped with dry ice. Our FIELD RUN, we boil crawfish daily, giving you a fresh product for your party. No hassle, easy to prepare. Either re-heat by steaming or boiling (directions below). They are just as delicious chilled.

NOTE: Our boiled Louisiana crawfish are perfectly seasoned with seafood boil seasoning.

During early crawfish season, field run crawfish are much smaller. Later in the season, you will find many more larger crawfish blended with the smaller crawfish.


SHIPPING: Your boiled crawfish are shipped in custom styrofoam coolers with dry ice to ensure your whole crawfish arrive in excellent condition. This shipping procedure guarantees a fresh product delivered via NEXT DAY, 2DAY or even GROUND delivery.


RE-HEAT ALREADY BOILED CRAWFISH .... only want to re-heat, not over cook!


  1. Add Crawfish boil seasoning. 
  2. Fill stock pot with enough water to cover crawfish and bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Place crawfish in boiling water, TURN OFF heat.  
  4. Place already boiled crawfish into pot and heat 2 to 3 minutes, remove crawfish from pot,
  5. Place crawfish in ice chest to keep warm.
  6. Sprinkle with extra seasoning to your liking.  
  7. Serve with cold beer.

(Steam) Fill stock pot with one inch of water, bring to a strong steam.  Place crawfish in pot and steam for 2 to 3 minutes to reheat crawfish.  Sprinkle with extra seasoning to your liking.
