LOUISIANA Chicken Fry (Seasoned) is a blend of corn flour and corn meal used as a dry fry mix for chicken or any of your favorite seafood or other meats. Try other fine LOUISIANA FISH FRY® products: LOUISIANA Cajun Gumbo Mix, LOUISIANA Fish Fry (Seasoned), or LOUISIANA Shrimp Fry (Seasoned).
Steps: Dissolve 5 tablespoons of LOUISIANA Chicken Fry is 1/2 cup water. Dip chicken in batter and roll chicken in dry Chicken Fry. Deep fry at 375°F until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
