3 Easy Steps:
- Mix 5 Tbsp. of batter mix in 1/2 cup of cold water. Dip chicken into batter.
- Coat chicken in remaining dry batter mix.
- Deep fry chicken at 325 degrees F. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and golden brown.
