The REAL DEAL! My chicken and sausage gumbo is always pretty dang good (I'm told, anyway). This andouille is the best I've ever used. Buy in bulk, and keep on hand in the freezer.

This single-link 1 lb andouille sausage is great to use in making red beans & rice, and jambalaya. It keeps perfectly in the freezer, too!

This is really good stuff! I married into a family from New Orleans, yet I've been designated to be a gumbo maker for Thanksgiving gatherings. This is great in gumbo and keeps me in good standing with some demanding eaters!
