Description:Crystal® Spicy Brown Mustard is a gourmet-style mustard with a tangy twist. Use this spicy brown mustard instead of your basic yellow mustard when you want an extra zesty flavor. A true Louisiana Classic.

Ingredients:vinegar, water, grade 1 yellow and brown mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, spices.

MARINATED BOILED SHRIMP NEW ORLEANS STYLE Ingredients: 2 lbs. boiled shrimp, shelled and deveined 1/2 cup very finely minced celery 1 green onion, minced 1/2 cup olive oil 3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp. Crystal® Hot Sauce 5 Tbsp. horseradish 1 Tbsp. Crystal® Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp. Crystal® Spicy Brown Mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or REX® Garlic Granulated (optional) Steps: Set the boiled shrimp aside and combine all remaining ingredients in a glass bowl and whisk well. Add the boiled shrimp and fold into the prepared dressing until all of the shrimp are well covered. Cover tightly and marinate for 4 to 6 hours before serving. Serve on a bed of mixed salad greens. Serves 4.
LOUISIANA REMOULADE SAUCE Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise or McIlhenny Farms® Spicy Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. vinegar Crystal® Hot Sauce 2 Tbsp. Crystal® Spicy Brown Mustard 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped 1/4 cup salad oil Steps: Mix all ingredients together. Serve over boiled shrimp on a bed of lettuce. Serves 4.
