This king cake kit is an un-iced version of our king cake that you get to add the icing at home. It insures your cake will look as great as it tastes. The kit is a fun way to start your party and it insures that the cake will look fresh as the day we make it instead of the possibility of having the icing melt and stick to the box.

Each King Cake serves 10-12 people

King cakes will maintain their freshness 2-3 days after receiving it. If you’re going to serve the cake within that time frame, don’t open it up and store it in the fridge.

If you’re planning on eating it after that time frame, you should put the king cake in the freezer upon receiving it. Take it out at least 3 hours before serving to ensure it has enough time to thaw.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and delicious flavor combination. The pralines added a crunchy texture and a rich, buttery flavor that complemented the creamy cream cheese filling perfectly. The cake itself was soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The reason that I am giving it a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that I found the cream cheese filling to be a bit on the heavy side and could have benefited from a lighter texture. Overall, I would recommend Cartozzo's Pralines & Cream Cheese King Cake for anyone looking for a unique twist on a traditional King Cake.

OMG! Cartozzo's Pralines & Cream Cheese King Cake is the best thing I've ever tasted! The pralines were so crunchy and tasted like a million yummy, buttery bites all at once. And the cream cheese inside was like a dream come true. It was so creamy and delicious! The cake part was so fluffy and sweet, it was like a big, warm hug in my mouth. I loved the pretty colors that we used to decorate the outside too, it made me feel like I was part of a big Mardi Gras party. I give this King Cake 10 stars! I can't wait to have it again!
