Description:With Crystal® Soy Sauce, you can add international flavor to your feasts with this full-bodied sauce. Great for barbecue, relishes, salad dressings, glazes, curries, marinades and stir-fry dishes.

SESAME CHICKEN STIR FRY Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast 6 eggs 8 oz. milk 2 cups all-purpose flour 4 cups sesame seeds 2 cups peanut oil 1 tbsp. sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced fine 1 cup onions, chopped 1lb. stir fry vegetables, (if frozen, thaw) 1 Tbsp. Crystal® Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp. Crystal® Teriyaki Sauce 1 tsp. >Crystal® Classic Cayenne Sauce 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger 1 Tbsp. corn starch 2 cups steamed rice Steps: Slice chicken in 1/2 inch strips. Whisk eggs with milk. Dip chicken strips into flour, then egg wash and roll onto toasted sesame seeds. Fry in hot oil until golden. Set aside. Heat sesame oil in wok. Add garlic and onion. Add stir-fry vegetables and toss until done. Whisk Crystal sauces with corn starch and ginger. Add to stir fry and toss until thick. Add the chicken and immediately serve over steamed rice. Serves 4.
