Jack Miller's Cajun Cocktail Sauce is a great spicy substitute for ketchup or tomato sauce. It's perfect for shrimp, oysters or crabmeat cocktails. It makes a fantastic dip for boiled shrimp or crawfish. It's tasty on any fried foods or as a topping for hamburgers, hotdogs and meatloaf. Pour it over cream cheese for an easy and exciting dip.

JACK MILLER'S CAJUN MARINADE Ingredients: 8 oz. Jack Miller's Cajun Cocktail Sauce 8 oz. Either apple juice or orange juice 1 teaspoon Cajun Chef Louisiana Hot Sauce 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce Steps: Mix all ingredients together and marinade your favorite meat(s) overnight.
KERMIT'S MEATLOAF Ingredients: 3 lbs. ground turkey or beef 1/2 cup Jack Miller's Bar-B-Que Sauce 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 or 2 potatoes 1 or 2 carrots Jack Miller's Bar-B-Que Seasoning 1/2 cup Jack Miller's Cajun Cocktail Sauce Steps: In a large bowl mix meat, barbecue sauce, and bread crumbs. Sprinkle seasoning over meat and mix well. Form meat into loaf and place in greased baking dish. Slice potatoes and carrots and place around loaf. Bake at 350°F for about 1 and 1/2 hours or until well cooked. Remove from oven and pour cocktail sauce over loaf. Slice and serve. Leftovers make a fantastic sandwich.
JACK'S OMELET SPECIAL Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 teaspoon Jack Miller's Cocktail Sauce 1/2 cup Jack Miller's Bar-B-Que Sauce 1 dash Crystal® Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon finely chopped bell peppers 1 cup chopped ham, chicken or turkey (cooked) 1 slice of cheese (or gradated) of your choice Steps: In a bowl, beat eggs, then add all ingredients and stir mixture. Pour into a preheated frying pan or griddle. Cook omelet to desired consistency.
