Louisiana Wholeboiled

We are a small family run business  that has been in the seafood industry for over 50 years. We buy live  crawfish from all over south Louisiana,farm and wild, to steadily have a good supply.

We are now taking on a new venture,cooking and freezing. We use a  unique cooking style to assure our product will maintain the taste  and consistency, like it was fresh out of the water.

We mainly cook crawfish, but we can cook any shellfish for business with a special order.
