2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb Savoie’s smoked sausage, diced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
½ cup chopped celery
½ medium red bell pepper, julienne
½ cup sliced onion
1 15 oz. can whole baby corn
1 tablespoon Savoie’s seasoning
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil until very hot.
Add the sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are cooked but still crispy.
