Tabasco® Habanero Pepper Sauce is a Jamaican-style hot sauce made from super hot habanero peppers blended with mango, papaya, tamarind, banana, ginger and ground black pepper. Try adding it to your favorite barbecue, curry and pasta sauces, soups, stews, bean dishes, dips and salsas. It's perfect for spicy Cajun, Mexican, Caribbean, Asian and African specialties, such as tacos, stir frys and jerk chicken.

THAILAND PEANUT PESTO Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO® Habanero Sauce 1/4 cup honey 1/3 cup water 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup sesame oil 12 ounces bow-tie pasta, freshly cooked ZATARAIN'S® Chopped Green Onions (Shallots) Steps: Place peanuts in bowl of food processor, and process until finely ground. With motor running, add remaining ingredients -- except for pasta and green onions -- one at a time, through feed tube. Process until thick, smooth paste has formed. Transfer mixture to bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Toss with hot bow tie pasta and garnish with chopped green onions. Make 4 servings.
SPICY TOMATO SALSA Ingredients: 8 ounces ripe fresh tomatoes, finely diced (about 1 cup) 3 tablespoons minced green onions 1 tablespoons minced cilantro 1-1/2 teaspoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice 1/2 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO® Habanero Sauce Steps: Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Makes about 1 cup.
