Ingredients: Salt, Spices (Including Red Pepper), Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Extractives of Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavor Enhancer), and Lemon Juice Solids.
Instructions:
DIRECTIONS: This package will properly season 50 lbs. shrimp, 40 lbs. crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs.
- Place 6 gallons of water or enough to cover seafood and contents of package into large cooking container (60-72 qt), stir, and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil.
- Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and soak for the time shown in the table.
- Cool hot mixture by adding ice. This will stop the cooking. Allow to soak until desired flavor.
- Drain carefully and serve.
