If a restaurant doesn’t serve it grilled I don’t bother to order it.

A: The amount of meat each alligator would yield does vary depending on the initial weight of each gator. The most tender meat does come from the tail.

A: Adding a brine to your alligator is not mandatory. It is solely based on preference. If you would like your gator to be very flavorful and seasoned then i would recommend adding some sort of brine.

was perfect. 17.6 lbs brined over night and smoked about 6 hours at 225. Was a hit for sure and will do it at least once a year from now on

Ordered one large for my house warming and it was amazing everyone wanted to have a piece. We put it on a rotisserie and let it cooked. Boy the meat was tender ,juicy, and rich much much better than chicken. A++ from will order again soon

Amazing product!!! Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and came Thursday around lunch in Ohio. We smoked the alligator all day and was the hit of the year. Can’t wait to smoke another one soon
