Description: Deboned chicken stuffed with fresh crawfish tails, our own special sauce, onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic and chives. USDA approved.

Unit Size: 1 (3 lb.) chicken

Cooking Directions:

 

If Frozen: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Remove chicken from all packaging (including bag and meat tray). Place breast side up in baking pan and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake 1 ½ hours covered, then 30 minutes uncovered. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165-170°F. To serve, cut chicken straight down the middle then slice across.
