The Boudin Turducken is a deboned turkey stuffed with deboned duck, and a deboned chicken. The dressing is a Cajun Boudin made with pork, rice, onions, bell peppers, and other seasoning and other ingredients.
This is our newest Turducken, added to our offerings because of so many requests from our customers. A deboned turkey stuffed with a deboned chicken and a duck breast stuffed with boudin and seasoned with Cajun Seasonings.
Cooking Instructions: Bake at 375 degrees for 3 hours covered and 1 hour uncovered or until the internal temperature reaches above 165 degrees. Turkey, duck and chicken all deboned, stuffed, seasoned, rolled and tied, ready to bake.
Is shipped frozen, please order in advance. Weighs approximately 15lbs and will feed 20 to 25 people. Please keep in mind, Turkens and Turkduckens take 2 to 4 days to defrost. Be sure to give yourself enough time to defrost so the turducken can be ready to cook on your desired date.
