Chicken Noodle Soup




  • 12 cups water
  • salt and cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken meat
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ lb uncooked egg noodles


In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the salt, pepper, and olive oil. Chop up the chicken, and add it with the onion and garlic to the pot. Let boil for 30 to 45 minutes. Add egg noodles to the pot. Stir. Let simmer over medium heat for an additional 30 to 45 minutes.
