Smoker Sauce




  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle SOUTHERN BBQ, Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
  • ½ (8 ounce) jar SOUTHERN BBQ, Salsa - Mild
  • ½ cup Tabasco soy sauce
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste 


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well. Store in a jar in the refrigerator until ready to use. Use as a marinade or a basting sauce when smoking meats or fish.
