Spicy Grilled Shrimp
- 1-1/2 lb. Louisiana Gulf Shrimp
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Zatarain’s Shrimp & Crab Boil
Devein shrimp by cutting along back side of shrimp, leaving tail intact. Mix yogurt and Zatarains Shrimp & Crab Boil and pour over shrimp. Let sit for about 1 hour (or more). Heat outdoor grill and grill shrimp on each side to desired doneness. Ive done these in the oven and they turned out great! Place them in a cooking dish and bake at about 375 º F for about 3 or 4 minutes.
