Butter Pecan Sauce




  • 1 lb fish fillets, or seafood of choice
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. Cajun King Butter Pecan Sauce 


Sauté 3 Tbsp butter or margarine over low heat until brown and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in seasoning mix. Allow to set for one minute. Fry, bake, broil, grill or poach fish or chicken, then spoon the mixture over the cooked product. Bake at high heat (450°F) for one to two minutes to toast pecans. Do not place under broiler/grill as herbs will burn. Also microwaveable.
