Broiled Chicken Breast




  • 6 Tbsp Tabasco Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 chicken skinned and deboned breasts (each 6 ounces) 


Combine the soy, water, oil, lemon juice and black pepper and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and add the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning the chicken two or three times. Broil the breasts in a preheated boiler for eight to 10 minutes on each side, or grill them for about the same time. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the breasts. Remove and serve at once or at room temperature. They can be refrigerated for up to three days. Serves 4.
