Description: The Natchitoches meat pie is a traditional recipe consisting of a mixture of crawfish, salt, pepper, onion, and parsley which is then folded into a half-moon shape and deep fried. This pack contains 3 meat pies. Serve as an entree or use as appetizers.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Deep Frying: Preheat oil to 350-375 F. Fry pies from frozen state for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush pies with melted margarine or butter. Bake on a non-stick cookie sheet for 30 minutes until golden brown and center is heated. Microwave: Not Recommended.

Charbroiled Oysters
Ingredients:
1/2 dozen Whole Louisiana oysters on Half Shell
1 Tbsp. butter garlic sauce
Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese
On outside grill, place half dozen oysters (on the halfshell). Put 1 Tbsp. butter garlic sauce (see recipe) and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese oysters and allow to cook in shell untill oysters curl. Serve hot. Caution: Due to intense heat and smoke we strongly suggest cooking on an outside grill.
Sauce
10 ounces melted margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. black pepper, white pepper, granulated garlic
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
